The color of a cigar does more than cater to your aesthetic taste, it gives a clue as to the cigars flavor. There are seven classifications for cigar color, though there are over 60 varying shades that need to be matched when packaging cigars for a single box. In general, the lighter the color, the milder the taste and the darker the color the sweeter and more full-bodied the taste.
